About Administration & Leadership

The Master of Administration and Management Program at Baba University has been established to prepare highly qualified, competent, and ethically responsible professionals capable of contributing to advanced administrative practices, leadership, and organizational development. This program is one of the University’s key academic offerings within the field of social and administrative sciences.
Offered at the graduate level, the program is completed over four semesters, comprising a total of 36 academic credit hours. The curriculum has been designed in alignment with internationally recognized higher education standards and reflects both contemporary academic and professional requirements in management, leadership, and strategic decision making.
